Rental service process
1. Rental consultation

2. Select rental service package
3. Sign the consultant agreement
Letter of intent and put down advance deposit.
4. Housing selection
Assist in the assessment of market trends and provide location analysis
5. Video or on-site viewing
Arrange physical visit to the apartment, accompany by specialized personnel in the local area, to have a deeper understanding of the environment and business districts around the apartment.
6. Assist in contacting the landlord
Assist in collecting required documents from the landlord.
7. Locking up the property and assist in signing
Customers prepare the required rental documents and we will assist in signing the rental contract.
8. House inspection and delivery
Assist in apartment inspection one day before handover to ensure that the condition of the handover apartment is the same as that at the time of viewing.
